Mohawk Valley hosts events primarily between March and September. All events listed here are hosted by Mohawk Valley Wrestling Club and are organized to raise funds that help provide training opportunities, equipment, and resources for our wrestlers.
Mohawk Valley International Wrestling Festival

The 44th Annual Mohawk Valley International Wrestling Festival is back in 2026—bigger and better than ever.
In 2025, over 600 wrestlers battled it out on 8 mats inside a 5,000-seat arena during two days of nonstop action. When it was all said and done, only nine competitors achieved greatness—winning all three styles to earn the prestigious Trilogy Singlet.

After you register, email us at NYbeachwrestling@hotmail.com to be emailed a voucher for $5 off the tournament t-shirt and a free voucher for our hot dog meal (hot, bag of chips and a drink) please include your name and cell number and your t-shirt size. This is only available until Thursday June 18, 2026. After that it washes away with the tide.

NORTHEAST FREESTYLE DUAL MEET CHAMPIONSHIPS @ the NYS FAIR

New York State Fairgrounds, Syracuse, NY
8 Boys and 8 Girls Teams
6th - 12th grade from all over
the Northeast will battle it
out to determine who is the
NORTHEAST FREESTYLE DUAL MEET CHAMPION.
This tournament usually sells out before the end of June.
Because the team spots are filling up, we are now taking names and information for people that want to be put on a team.

This is a unique opportunity to compete against other boys and girls Freestyle wrestling teams from across the Northeast, in front of tens of thousands of spectators. The average attendance at the NYS Fair on the two days that the NORTHEAST FREESTYLE DUAL MEET CHAMPIONSHIPS take place is close to 80k each day. Fair passes will be made available for each team and up to two coaches, as well as a limited number of parking passes. This is a USA Wrestling sanctioned event and a current USA Wrestling Wrestler and or Team Leader membership is required. This will be strictly enforced and there are no exceptions. There are also a limited number of beds available for the teams to sleep in at the Fair on Friday night (August 28, 2026). These beds are only available for coaches and athletes who have a current USA membership and fill out the required paperwork provided by the NYS Fair. No parents or siblings are permitted to stay the night at the Fair. The cost to stay the night at the Fair should be around $5 per person. However, this price is subject to change and is determined by and paid to the NYS Fair at the dormitory.

The Charitable Dual Meet Wrestling Tournament is a unique outdoor wrestling event held on the beautiful
78-acre campus of Clear Path for Veterans in Chittenango, New York. Teams, wrestlers, families, and fans will
enjoy a day of competition in a scenic setting while supporting an organization dedicated to serving
active-duty military, veterans, and their families.
